Real customer images are incredibly useful for people deciding whether or not to go ahead with a purchase. We’re on the hunt for photos of your lit log burners, fireplaces, and outdoor fire pits using Stewart Timber firewood!

Competition Requirements:
- Photos must be portrait orientation.
- Submissions must be entered through the official competition form (below).
- Entries must be your own original photo (no stock, AI or third-party images).
- Submissions must be of a controlled, safely managed fire in a log burner, fireplace, or outdoor fire pit, using firewood purchased from Stewart Timber.
- By submitting, you consent to your photo being used on the Stewart Timber website and marketing materials.
- Entries must be received by 23:59 on the 16th January 2026 to be eligible.

*Terms and conditions
- The Promoter of this prize draw is Stewart Timber, 5b Mid Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G67 2TT.
- This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who submitted a real photo of a controlled, safely managed fire in a log burner, fireplace, or outdoor fire using Stewart Timber firewood. The prize draw is not open to employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.
- To enter the Prize Draw you must submit a real photo of a controlled fire in a log burner, fireplace, or outdoor fire pit using Stewart Timber firewood. No purchase is required at the time of entry. Entrants must be prior Stewart Timber custoners.
- Entries will only be counted if submitted via the submission form on this page.
- Only one entry per person is counted towards the prize draw. Entrants can submit multiple photos, but only one entry will be counted.
- Multiple submissions of the same unique image from the same individual using more than one email address will not entitle them to extra entries. One entry will be counted. The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether submissions relate to the same fire and whether an entry is valid.
- Images must be unique. If the same image is submitted by more than one individual, one entry towards the prize draw is awarded to the email address which first submitted the image.
- Different images of the fire submitted by multiple email addresses will not all be entitled to an entry. One entry will be awarded to the submitter of the first image of that particular fire. The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether submissions relate to the same fire and whether an entry is valid.
- The promoter must receive a minimum of 10 unique entries for a prize to be issued to a winner. If fewer than 10 valid entries are received, the prize draw may be cancelled. In this event, entrants will be notified. Any images submitted may still be used in accordance with the image usage consent provided at the time of submission. If the competition is relaunched at a later date, previous entrants may be invited to enter the new prize draw, but their original entry will not be automatically carried forward.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
- The closing time and date for the Prize Draw is 23:59 (GMT) on the 16th January 2026. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by an employee of the promoter’s digital marketing agency. If the minimum of 10 entries is met, the draw will take place on the 19th January 2026.
- The winner will receive a £100 Amazon gift e-voucher. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
- The winner will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 30 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The prize will be sent to the winner via e-mail within 14 days of being selected as the winner.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
- Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
