This IKO Trade Green Top Sheet is ideal for the use as a cap sheet to a multi-layer system on garden buildings or a single layer on shed roofs (non-habitable buildings).
* Makes an excellent choice for smaller roofing projects. IKO Trade Top Sheet is suitable for flat roof decks with a minimum fall of 1:80 and free draining.
* Is a traditional product ideal if you’re looking for economy roofing materials.
* Can be nail fixed, applied with cold adhesive or by pour and roll bitumen application.

- IKO Trade Top Sheet is a heavyweight, black or green surfaced top layer and is ideal for use as the cap sheet to a multi-layer system on garden buildings or a single layer on shed roofs (non-habitable buildings). In combination with IKO Trade Underlay this makes an excellent choice for smaller roofing projects.
- IKO Trade Top Sheet is suitable for flat roof decks with a minimum fall of 1:80 and be free draining.
- Note: For roof pitches below 10 degrees, a multiple layer built up roofing system should be used.
