- Delivery lead time for cabins is approximately 4-6 weeks. You will be contacted prior to delivery to book a delivery date.
- Delivery is free to mainland UK. However, a number of postcodes may come with an extended lead time including: AB, DD, EX, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PL, PH, SA, TQ, TR. Delivery is not offered to Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland at this time.
- Cabins are delivered using a 26T HIAB vehicle. You will receive details of the vehicle and the delivery procedure to ensure that there are no access problems. If there are problems, it is unlikely that the cabin will be delivered, however you will be advised of this when placing an order.
- If we are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when we attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Each cabin comes with a FREE 5L container of Protek Wood Preserver to help preserve your cabin.
